Pramod Simha 21e69f5fe2 qcacmn: Handle reinjected pkts in REO null q execption 
Prevent setting of nbuf length when it's non linear
i.e. contains an extension list. This happens when a reinjected
defragmented packet encounters a NULL q exception.
