genevn gets the ateam.* annotations the shared pipeline requires (same
values as on ofrp-12.1). build.toml describes the base for the shared
Jenkinsfile: portal project twrp, TWRP-12.1 release naming, ZFS dataset
build/twrp-12.1, lunch twrp_<codename>-eng, and the native TWRP .img/.zip
with their .sha256 sidecars as release files.
