Nicholas Andrew b69e31a40f sycamore_row_5G: restore recovery thermal support
Enable MT8755 CPUFreq hardware DVFS during recovery init.

Use the working battery thermal zone for TWRP temperature display and
limit the recovery UI to 30 FPS.

Add the stock thermal-generic-adc provider from vendor_dlkm to the
recovery ramdisk without modifying the pristine PLATFORM /lib/modules
tree or module metadata.

This restores charger, flash, Wi-Fi, USB and board NTC sensors in
recovery. usb_ntc now reports a valid temperature and the MediaTek USB
burn protection worker operates normally instead of logging -EINVAL
every ~5.12 seconds.
