 		universal7885: Use linaro BSP 
[ K9100ii - Notes:
  - BOARD_HWJPEG_ANDROID_VERSION needs setting in variant device trees
  - libcsc, libgiantmscl and libhwjpeg blobs need to be removed from
    device-specific trees - Now built from source
  - Switched TARGET_BOOTLOADER_BOARD_NAME, used to derive the
    "gralloc.exynos7904" name, to exynos7904, to retain the same name as
    the proprietary blob and match newer devices
  - Renamed sysfs_graphics context to sysfs_brightness in sepolicy
  - This happens to get rid of video recording frame drops on A40 ]

* Let's boost the Display colorsaturation due to Washing out colors...

* Tested on AMOLED Display, giving a nice boost without any oversaturation, LCD give u better black value and generally a bit better colors.

For App the previous value was 2ms which under 16.6ms vsync time will leave the App with ~20.5ms (16.6ms * 2 - 10.5ms - 2ms). This increases Performance.

d5dfb76f87 universal7885: SamsungParts: FixUP - Dolby Change 
* enable Dolby with Profile 8 for better Audio on boot by Default (User can still disable via QS Toggle / Parts settings)
* Fix: DT2W is enabled on (first)boot but the toggle, if u doesn't touched them, was still disabled.
