421ec5a683 universal7885: Add system properties for surfaceflinger 
The configstore will be not used in surfaceflinger. So surfaceflinger
will use the system properties instead of configstore.
For this, the system properties are added.

d19392cdc2 universal7885: Set cpu "runtime variant" to cortex-a53 
This makes bionic and various art tools that compile/runs cpu-specific
code choose the cortex-a53 variant at runtime. It does not affect
build-time compilation.

c4245cb9d6 universal7885: audio: Add BT SCO to routes list 
- Issue with returning a valid device descriptor
  since BT SCO is not defined in IOProfile.
- First attempt to retrieve devicedescriptor from
  the available HwModule may fail due to address
  and encoded format conditions.
- Further device descriptor query is based on IOProfile
  with devices defined in audio_policy_configuration.
- This change adds BT SCO to IOProfile.

a10ee5183d universal7885: Switch lmkd to use minfree levels for kill decisions 
Enable ro.lmk.use_minfree_levels flag to use minfree levels to decide
when lmkd should kill. This makes lmkd work the same way lowmemorykiller
kernel driver used to work.
