dubai: unset BOARD_USERDATAIMAGE_PARTITION_SIZE
...
This not only saves a lot of build time when building with
TARGET_USERIMAGES_SPARSE_EXT_DISABLED and/or
TARGET_USERIMAGES_SPARSE_F2FS_DISABLED which is required
on A14, but also removes the need for the build system to
temporarily create a 40+GB userdata image.
Which means that less free space is required to start the
build.

unfortunately, HDR10 video recording is still broken for us so we must disable it

• Prior to this, the icons were not aligned to the camera cutout.
• Seems like motorola had set status_bar_padding_top_portrait but
we don't have that. However, status_bar_padding_top is configurable
so use the same value there.

Unfortunately, QPR2 seems to cause this app to randomly crash when checking
for aux cameras and I don't currently see a fix, so let's drop it for now
until a solution can be found
