To prevent deadlocks between the clock and regulator frameworks,
the QUP clocks used by I2C-connected PMICs must be enabled all
the time and not registered with the clock framework. Skipping
the registration short-circuits the I2C device's clock calls such
that they return success before grabbing the clock locks. Achieve
this behavior by setting GCC's qcom,critical-devices property.

Observing probe defer and other related error to happen when
Charger or QG tries to probe before vadc. Fix this by adding
a dependency in DT for these drivers with "*-supply".

The EUD driver defaults to using INT1 for its interrupt mask.
However, on sdxlemur, this interrupt does not serve the apps
processor, so add the offset of the interrupt mask to the
device tree entry for EUD on sdxlemur.

device tree binding which can specify the offset of the

Add support for mpm interrupts on blair. These interrupts are
