6f5655e6cc ARM: dts: msm: add proxy votes for display regulators on Shima 
This change adds a proxy vote for supplies to support amoled
displays. This is needed for continuous splash screen usecase.

e10cef3d12 dt-bindings: Add limits cdsp isens driver 
Add driver to read limits cdsp Isens calibration data from SMEM
and enable sysfs file support to userspace daemon to access this data.
This driver is needed to avoid multiple re-calibration.

31af8bcbfd ARM: dts: msm: Change cd-gpio polarity setting for QRD Shima 
According to QRD Shima HW design, the logic level of cd-gpio is
LOW with card and is HIGH without card. Set cd-gpio flag to
GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW for low active card installed interruption.
