Disable userspace virtual counter access intended to makes it
difficult to obtain precise timing measurements of the cache
side channel. But it has been deprecated since it was found
to be ineffective.

If the runtime PM is disabled, call to get_sync() will fail. In this
scenario, keep device to suspend state and return the error with warn
stack. This should help balance the runtime PM count in get_sync()
failed scenario.
In addition, if the runtime PM is found to be disabled, decide to
return an error and let framework retry the transfers.

This is a driver to handle SiRFStar GNSS chip power controls,
a device node is created to interact with driver power controls
and exposes set of IOCTLs. These IOCTLs provide mechanisms to
transition of GNSS receiver power state.

In rare scenarios when the battery enters/exits JEITA conditions
post termination, the termination workaround restarts thus
resetting the reference values. Improve this handling by
restarting the WA only if the existing WA timer is not running
thus avoiding WA restarts across minor JEITA oscillations.

Add interface for receiving QMI request to move
NAT table to DDR or to SRAM and forward request to IPACM.
Add IOCTL for sending indication when move was completed.
