PMIC PM8008 LDOs do not support low power mode (LPM). If configured for
LPM, these LDOs continue to operate in normal power mode (NPM) with the
same quiescent current but a reduced over-current protection (OCP)
threshold, which can result in OCP triggering. Fix all PM8008 LDOs
to use normal power mode (NPM) alone to avoid this.

Defines the restore-after-cx-collapse property for SDCC controller.
This basically lets the driver know that software needs to save the SDCC
register contents before the CX/XO event and restore the SDCC
register contents after coming out of CX/XO event.
SDCC controller is not supporting retention of CX PC hence this change is
needed.

sdxlemur-mtp-cpe.dtsi is included in sdxlemur-mtp-cpe.dts as well as
sdxlemur-mtp-cpe-pine1x.dts. WLAN configs present in
sdxlemur-mtp-cpe.dtsi is not applicable for sdxlemur-mtp-cpe-pine1x.dts.
Move all WLAN specific configurations from sdxlemur-mtp-cpe.dtsi to a
new file sdxlemur-mtp-cpe-hsp.dtsi and include this file in
sdxlemur-mtp-cpe.dts only.
