d5c1673bc7 ARM: dts: msm: adjust pm6150a_l1 initial voltage for Holi platforms 
Set pm6150a_l1 initial voltage to 1.8V by default and set it to
1.86V specific for Holi QRD platform to meet the display panel power
requirement.

e8bb18f60e ARM: dts: msm: Keep default PM level setting for Lahaina 
The default settings are rpm-level = spm-level = 3.
This translates to UFS_SLEEP_PWR_MODE & UIC_LINK_HIBERN8_STATE.

LDO votes CXO clock in WLAN IMPS mode which causes
CXO clock is always turned on, So changing PCIe LDO
clock from CXO to CXO_A.
