Fix SWR cmd FIFO overflow error.
In 5.4 kernel there are few additional register writes added in soundwire driver,
one of the register(SWRS_DP_SAMPLE_CONTROL_2_BANK) write is causing overflow error.

CLK driver upgrade causes hw->init to be NULL.
Unable to get hw->init from CLK core.

When msm acts as slave mode in mi2s, clock ID for a
clock index is not properly updated for first time.
Fix the sequence issue to update clock ID accordingly
for slave mode.

After acquiring spinlock, if memory allocation fails, the spinlock is
not released, thus inducing a potential deadlock.

When adsp SSR happens, VA_MCLK enabled by VA_SWR_PWR widget will
not be disabled as ADSP is down and it cannot enable TX_MCLk before
disabling VA_MCLK. After disabling SVA, VA_MCLk is left open.
Add dev_up flag to indicate SSR and close VA_MCLK during SSR.

During SSR TX_MCLK failure is observed when both SVA
and playback is active. Mute is observed post SSR
even though there is no clk enable failure.
Issue is seen due to va_swr gpio not being disabled
during SSR and hence not enabled properly once uc
resumes after SSR.
