Do not clear get stow mode state after touch resume done,and get stow
state variable totally controled by FWK,in case when AOD wake up and
sleep touch could not enter stow mode in pocket.

Moto mmap fault driver is to change the filemap_fault function
So the mmap read ahead pages limit could be reduced to configurable
value
Test result shows that the io read overhead could be substantially
reduced.
