Enable qps615 drivers to compiled as a loadable kernel module.
Set the dependencies that qps615 driver has and make sure that
they are built as well.

Log qrtr rx packet in kernel logs which caused system wakeup.

This change calls available API from USB GSI function driver to
select LLCC TCM memory for USB RMNET IN buffers when property
"qcom,rmnet_in_use_tcm_mem" is set with RMNET USB composition
device tree child node of qti_gadget node.

This change adds and exports API which allows composite function
driver (such as qti_gadget) to select LLCC TCM memory for allocating
USB RMNET IN buffers instead of using DDR memory (default).

syscore ops prints wake irq during "deep" suspend exit however
syscore ops do not execute for "s2idle" suspend.
Add changes to print wakeup irq during "s2idle" mode exit.
The change prints wakeup irq from the first cpu waking up from s2idle
during which local irqs on the cpu is disabled.
