By default, the system firmware enables the mpm wakeup functionality
of all the supported GPIOs. However, certain usecases demand that
this capability be disabled on certain gpios. Hence, provide a
generic interface to disable the GPIOs as needed.

Since PCIe remap window register access and actual PCIe device
register access may go through different NoCs, read it back after
writing to remap window register to make sure it has taken effect.
This is able to avoid NOC errors when accessing the actual device
register which the remap window value applies to.

If CONFIG_QCOM_COMMAND_DB=n the following compilation errors will be
seen. Fix this by including the appropriate linux headers.
./include/soc/qcom/cmd-db.h: In function ‘cmd_db_read_aux_data’:
./include/soc/qcom/cmd-db.h: error: implicit declaration of function ‘ERR_PTR’;

For synchronous messages sent from the agent to platform,
agent waits for response for 30 milli seconds (max_rx_timeout)
before timing out if response gets delayed from platform.
Increase the timeout value to 1 second to minimize message
send failures in case of delays.

and while resuming. This will help in matching up the kernel time
with external subsystems and in recording suspend time in cycles.

Print epoch values when the device is enter and exit out of suspend
and resume. These epoch values are useful to know how long the device
is in suspend state. These values can be used to synchronize various
subsystem timestamps and have an unique timestamp to correlate
between various subsystems.
