ARM: dts: msm: Add interconnect bus voting values to Holi
...
Currently the driver has bus voting hard coded. Adding
interconnect vote values and interconnect names to do
bus voting with dtsi file.

Update value from 1MB to 256B for PCI RC 1 (3x2).
This is a software workaround to prevent system
bus deadlock issue with concurrent access of
greater than 256B granularity from two PCIe
ports to DDR.

Move all PMIC configurations to pmic overlay file for holi.
Add volume up configuration to holi platforms: atp, cdp, mtp,
