Consider a scenario where a context is valid when the check is made in
adreno_dispatcher_queue_cmds(), but by the time we reach _track_context(),
context has been detached. We would try to delete the entry from the
active context list as part of detaching the context though the entry is
not added yet. Now in _track_context() the context is actually added. When
the context is finally destroyed, we would be left with invalid entry in
the list. Next time when a context is added, an attempt would be made to
use a freed entry. Fix this by moving the entry deletion part under
drawctxt lock.

As per the kernel doc for usb_ep_dequeue(), it states that "this
routine is asynchronous, that is, it may return before the completion
routine runs". And indeed the dwc3 gadget driver recently updated its
behavior to place dequeued requests on to a cancelled list to be
given back later after the endpoint is stopped.
The free_ep() was incorrectly assuming that a request was ready to
be freed after calling dequeue which results in a use-after-free
in dwc3 when it traverses its cancelled list. Fix this by moving
the usb_ep_free_request() call to the callback itself in case the
ep is disabled.

As per the UAC 2.0 specification, ASYNC data endpoint is required
to have feedback data endpoint. Since driver descriptor does not
include feedback data endpoint, change endpoint bmAttributes for
data endpoint to represent as SYNC instead of ASYNC. This allows
device to enumerate on windows 10 PC.

This function can be called to stop an endpoint handled by the
secondary execution environment just after the HCD is removed
(e.g. Type-C cable removal), after which the QMI sound driver
proceeds to unmap transfer ring buffers from DMA. However,
although the RH state indicates it is not running, the controller
may not yet be fully halted and may continue to access now
unmapped memory. Replace the HCD_RH_RUNNING(hcd) check with
xhci_check_args() which includes a check for XHCI_STATE_HALTED,
so that a Stop command can still be issued.

dropped in heavy traffic situations like ssr. This change will not
actually set the recvbuf to INT_MAX but to the system defined rmem_max
for sockets.

while testing composition switch from UI, composite driver sending
disconnect event to userspace from function unbind path or from the
bus reset. As per the none composition rules in init.msm.usb.configfs.rc
unbind should happen first and sending the disconnect event to userspace.
Userspace code will starts 1 sec timer for enumeration.
In some cases where adbd is enabled, adbd taking more than 1sec to restart
and causing delay in next composition enumeration. Another case is in RNDIS
composition switch. Where rndis function is taking more time in unbind path
and causing delay for next composition switch.
This results in userpsace timeout (1 second) causing actual composition
enumeration failure and falls back to default composition.
Workaround the issue by not sending disconnect event to userspace on
composition switch from unbind path. Instead send the disconnect event
from USB bus reset so that userspace enable timer starts from bus reset.
