Add kernel configs for drivers required on pm5100 PMIC.
Remove pmic kernel configs that are not applicable for monaco.

There are few pmics those support ibat continuous current monitoring
(CCM) comparator hardware for bcl ibat level 1 monitor. It uses
only selected set of thresholds for level 1 ibat threshold. Add
support to set threshold for CCM comparator hardware for bcl driver.

Add markers when a new device is configured or an existing device
is reset. This is required to capture USB host-mode boot KPIs on
some platforms.

The current PLL set rate does not support determining
the L val at runtime. This updates the determine rate
by doing round off for this requirement. Add support
for the list_register to clk_pll_ops.

Because of an XPU errata we need to temporarily have the ION CMA heap
support allocating from a careveout which isn't mapped into the kernel.
Once the errata is fixed this change can be reverted. This patch is
written with reference from commit "a568a844adc" in msm-4.14.

Add scaling functions for batt_therm, batt_id and usb_in_i ADC channels
for PM5100. Also add usb_sns_v_div_16 and vin_div_16 channels to list of
supported channels and correct default prescaling value for vbat_sns
channel and full scale ADC current.
