Due to the creation of a watchdog framework the bark time,
pet time, wakeup-enable, ipi-ping and userspace pet enable
properties have moved to configs in the kernel instead of
as properties of the device. This enables the ability to
to set these without the need to change them in the device
tree.

MHI state changes coming on control event ring can see delays in
processing if multiple RT threads are hogging the CPUs which is
supposed to run the tasklet. Hence, tasklets get downgraded and
often get a chance to run much later after some timeouts have
occurred from the client side. Bump up the control event ring
tasklet to a high priority tasklet and avoid such issues.

TCS registers.

QUP core clock is shared among all the SE drivers, during earlybootup
if any SE driver turn off the clock before real console gets probed,
then the device will crash because of unclocked access by earlycon.
In order to fix this move the console device definition up in DT file
this ensures that console probe is called before other SE drivers.
