In kgsl_process_private_new() function there is inconsistency
in the refcount of current process PID. Fix this to avoid
overflowing of reference counter leading to use after free
of this struct.

When mem-buf frees a dma-buf (i.e. calls dma_buf_put() and it is
guaranteed that the refcount will be 0), it does so from the context of
a kworker. As a result of this, dma_buf_put() will free the dma-buf
asynchronously, which means that it is possible that the buffer has
not been freed when dma_buf_put() is invoked.
In the case where memory is being reclaimed by the primary VM, and
another VM requests the memory again soon after relinquishing it,
this situation results in failing the memory allocation, as the buffer
is still in the process of being freed. Thus, use dma_buf_put_sync()
to ensure that the buffer is freed whenever mem-buf needs to free
a dma-buf.

Currently dwc3 driver doesn't hand over USB function suspend/resume
request to composite layer as those are supposed to be handle by
USB function driver. This change adds support for it. It also adds
function remote wakeup functionality which is needed by USB function
suspended interface to perform remote wakeup towards USB host for
resume interface related functionality.

Current available remote wakeup functionality is not robust
enough as most of time it failed to wait for host to complete
resuming signle and move USB device to U0 state. Hence enhance
this functionality by using link state change interrupt and
waiting for max 16 sec for host to resume.

USB composite device updates to host about its wakeup capability
using bmAttribute, and USB host may support remote wakeup
functionality using SET_FEATURE. UDC gadget ops supports wakeup()
API which can be invoked by USB function driver to resume USB bus
by signaling remote wakeup. With HW accelerated path IPA will need
to know if host has enabled remote wakeup in order to decide whether
to suspend or disconnect the GSI channels. Add an API to allow USB
GSI driver to query the current remote wakeup enabled status.

writing to remap window register to make sure it has taken effect.

CPU isolation while loading SVM still causing issue of locking
when multiple TZ calls goto TZ from both PVM and SVM. This is
because isolated CPUs can still handle IPIs and some tasks are
expected to run work on isolated CPUs and issue an IPI. At the
same instance if hypervisor schedule a SVM on same pCPU and SVM
do a TZ call then IPI can't be handled because SVM TZ call is
spinning in TZ for a lock to grab which is already grabbed by
PVM from a different CPU and that task is scheduled out. Hence
IPI would ever served by CPU and lead to watchdog. To avoid
this situation do cpu hotplug rather isolate.

CB requests are processed by HLOS userspace. It is possible that
userspace never returns with a response. This could cause trusted
environment that initiated CB request to reject processing anymore
non-secure requests. This is not a desirable situation. Hence, adding
timeout functionality along with retry mechanism to send error response
back to trusted env after maximum number of retries are already done and
continue processing requests from non-secure side.
