Add device nodes for scm & scm-pas for SDMSHRIKE SoC.
This is needed to secure memory buffers, and protect them
against unauthorized access.

On newer kernels PDC interrupt can only be requested if its
actually routed through PDC HW. Update the pil subsystems
interrupts to use intc interrupts when they are direct
interrupts at GIC and only use PDC if it has routing to PDC HW.
Also, add missing properties vdd_mx-supply and shutdown-ack to
pil lpass node.

This change does the following:
1) Remove kgsl smmu interconnect node. For TCU config register access we
shouldn't required DDR path votes. KGSL smmu already votes for clock
and regulator.
2) Remove the tcu_comb_irpt_ns for both apps and kgsl smmu as the
interrupt is OR of context interrupts, TBU perf interrupts and global
fault interrupts. This interrupt is not really required and registering
for the same can showup as the global faults in EL1.

Add compatible string for PM7325B LCDB device. Remove pmic-revid
property as it is not used on kernel 5.4. Add pwrup-delay-ms,
qcom,bst-ps-threshold-mv and qcom,pwrup-config properties for PM7325B.
Update qcom,bst-ilim-ma, qcom,ncp-ilim-ma and qcom,ldo-ilim-ma for
PM7325B.

Add BCL configuration to monitor battery current, level violation and
state of charge depletion configuration for YUPIK.
Add PMIC die temperature mitigation for YUPIK. The mitigation will
trigger at the first PMIC alarm at 95C.

Add thermal zones for all GPU sensors individually to
achieve better thermal control.
Enable polling delay to one of the thermal zone to monitor
the TSENS hardware functionality.
