Enable thermal framework features and other thermal drivers like QMI

Avoid PHY reset when early Ethernet is enabled to save
atleast 90ms . Also, move Early Eth IP address assignment to
workqueue to save time taken in IP assignment.

Enable support for Ethernet Link UP KPI marker for
as part of system resume.
Currenlty Ethernet Link up KPI marker is printed
once once & print flag is set to true to avoid further
Link UP KPI print. This flag need to reset as part of
suspend to print the Ethernet Link UP KPI marker at resume.

The readX_no_log macros use __iormb(), which has a different
function prototype based off of whether or not the architecture
is 32-bit or 64-bit, so define these macros accordingly.

Add support for camera and video clks for clock clients to be able
to request for the clocks in MONACO. Also update the gpucc_pll0_out_odd
source to gpucc_pll0_out_even src for gfx clk src for MONACO.

Read early ethernet dtsi flag to enable this feature.
Disable autoneg and configure MAC and PHY with 100 Mbps
link speed.
Read MAC addr, IPv4 and IPv6 addresses from kernel cmd
line parameters in order to assign these to ethernet
interface.
