97a87393b9 clk: qcom: clk-dummy: Add a dummy clock provider
Add a dummy clock provider that registers a simple callback that
in turn always returns the dummy clock for any clk_get call.

In addition, consumers of the dummy clock provider would require
support for dummy resets, which would make a dummy assert/deassert
of the reset signals.

da4326526a regulator: add stub-regulator driver
Add a stub-regulator driver which can be used to simulate any
particular regulator. This stub regulator driver must support
regulator_set_voltage() which is not possible via the existing
dummy regulator. Stub regulator devices can be used to verify
that regulator consumers make correct regulator framework calls
before it is possible to implement true regulator control.

50327f3450 techpack: add tech package support
Enable tech packages to have kernel drivers that are physically
located in the kernel source tree but not present in the kernel
repository. This is done via a manifest line item to fetch a
techpackage-module into $KERNEL/techpack/$techpackage-module.
$KERNEL/techpack/Kbuild will automatically detect any
subdirectories and link them to the kernel's kbuild system.

The resulting layout of techpack within kernel source would be as
follows :-

    kernel/
    └── techpack/
        ├── Kbuild
        ├── stub/
        │ ├── Makefile
        │ ├── include/
        │ │   └── uapi/
        │ │       └── Kbuild
        │ └── stub.c
        └── techpackage-module/
            ├── Makefile
            └── include/
                └── uapi/
                    └── Kbuild

$KERNEL/techpack only contains Kbuild (no Makefile) at the
toplevel and this Kbuild takes care of both compiling the
subdirectories and of exporting the needed header files therein.
The reason for having only Kbuild at the top is that Kbuild
and Makefile cannot exist together in same directory and Makefile
doesn't cater to uapi header installation.

stub is an empty techpackage-module which serves both as a sample
layout and satisfies the requirement of kernel build system, by
providing necessary buit-in.o, when no other techpackage-module has
been pulled under techpack/.

$KERNEL/techpack/techpackage-module should have a Makefile at the
top and Kbuild under $KERNEL/techpack/techpackage-module/include/uapi
directory. The uapi headers pertaining to a techpackage-module
should reside under $KERNEL/techpack/techpackage-module/include/uapi
and associated Kbuild should have necessary rules to export it.

c1f578ac32 ABI: Update ABI snapshot due to libabigail tool changes
ABI snapshot comparision is failing against any new gerrit which is
checked-in. This is due to ABI snapshot is not maintaining the full
paths to the source files in the ABI dump. Also several other fixes
are made in the libabigail upstream master branch which are addressing
several fixes. Hence update the ABI snapshot to fix the issues seeing
in the kernel automation.

Snapshot is taken based on kernel/build project.

ba1e88bf38 ABI: Update to the ABI definition file
Initial ABI definition file which was checked in is not
based on "gki_defconfig". Which is generated with ARCH_QCOM
enabled. This adds extra QCOM functions which we do not want
to care about. Intention of ABI checker is to figure out
whether the base ABI file is modified/removed/impacted. If
there are any additions (functions/structures) that happened
and if it does not impact the base ABI then it should be ok
from the ABI checker perspective.

8bfd9a5a70 hvc_dcc: Make dcc driver read/write from CPU0
Some debuggers, such as Trace32 from Lauterbach GmbH, do not handle
reads/writes from/to DCC on secondary cores. Each core has its
own DCC device registers, so when a core reads or writes from/to DCC,
it only accesses its own DCC device. Since kernel code can run on
any core, every time the kernel wants to write to the console, it
might write to a different DCC.

In SMP mode, Trace32 only uses the DCC on core 0. In AMP mode, it
creates multiple windows, and each window shows the DCC output
only from that core's DCC. The result is that console output is
either lost or scattered across windows.

Selecting this option will enable code that serializes all console
input and output to core 0. The DCC driver will create input and
output FIFOs that all cores will use. Reads and writes from/to DCC
are handled by a workqueue that runs only core 0.

27d84f99f3 ABI: Add initial ABI definition based on gki_defconfig
Add initial ABI definition file based on gki_defconfig.
This denition file is used in the automation while the
new changes are merge into the kernel. This process
detects ABI break if the new changes are introduced
any API/structure changes which could impact the other
exported functions or modules.

This initial snapshot is taken from the commit 553049f.

Initial definition present in the current directory is
also based on gki_config i.e abi_gki_aarch64.out, But
this definition can't be used for ABI comparision because
of compiler being used to generate this file could be
different. Hence generate the one by our own and maintain
the same.

cfba54476b checkpatch: Treat duplicate signatures as a different error class
If code is merged upstream first it is possible that the same author
may end up attempting to merge the same code into a downstream kernel.
Since code coming from upstream is always a backport and may involve
modifications it is appropriate for the author to add another
Signed-off-by line to the bottom of the commit log but this will
cause checkpatch to complain about duplicate signatures. By making
the duplicate signature warning a different error class
(DUPLICATE_SIGN_OFF instead of BAD_SIGN_OFF) this will let us ignore
this error with --ignore DUPLICATE_SIGN_OFF without losing the benefits
of the other signature checks.
