Map the permission gating RTM_GETLINK messages to a new permission so
that it can be distinguished from the other netlink route permissions
in selinux policy.
This is a temporary Android-only patch that will be deprecated in
newer kernels once the long-term solution lands as discusssed on the
mailing list [1]. The maintainer's recommended solution is more
general, much more complex, and likely not suitable for backporting.
This patch provides the minimal change needed for Android including
the userspace settable trigger which ensures that the permission
change is only applied to the newest version of Android which
contains the changes needed for userpace compatibility.

wait_for_completion_interruptible() returns ERESTARTSYS when
the device goes to low power mode.
The SPU subsystem is shutdown on deep low power mode,
so the interrupted operation is not recoverable.
return EINTR to user space to propagate the error to the user app.

HV-haptics module with V2 revision supports 640 bytes FIFO memory and
each byte contains a FIFO sample. There are 4 adjacent SPMI registers
which can be used for filling 4 FIFO samples together by using SPMI
burst writes and also a single register for filling FIFO samples while
the samples are less than 4.
Also update the logic of writing FIFO samples: Check the available
FIFO memory first and then write FIFO with samples no more than the
available FIFO memory space. With this new logic, it's not necessory
to read FIFO_READY_STS register before writing FIFO samples and this
helps on reducing FIFO writing latency.

The mem-buf driver doesn't strictly depend on the secure
buffer functionality. For example, it can still be functional
in environments where it is used purely for requesting memory
from other VMs. Thus, remove the dependency.
