ee2049b5f0 ARM: dts: msm: Remove sdxlemur dt from pcie-ep dtsi 
Inclusion of the base sdxlemur device tree in the pcie-ep
tree was disabling the nand and causing it not to probe.
This change removes its inclusion.

Add conn_therm and charger_skin_therm ADC_TM channels on PM7250B
and corresponding thermal zones so that these can be monitored
via thermal framework.

e4235a900b ARM: dts: msm: add PMIC devices for SM8150
