Issue:
strlcpy calls strlen on src ptr. If src is not NULL terminated then OOB
access will occur in below stack.
strlen
strlcpy
cam_sync_init_row
cam_sync_handle_create
cam_sync_dev_ioctl
Fix:

In case if the destroy session is processed first it will
as a part of unlink try to drain the work queue. This will
schedule all the enqueued wq. Workqueue when scheduled
try to acquire same mutex destroy session has already acquried
this will lead to dead-lock. To avoid that, check the link
state first if it is in idle state then return from the
workqueue without trying to acquire mutex.

Currently we are publishing csiphy timer clock to other submodules who
needs to maintain the clock ratio between the submodules. This change
changes it publish the phy_rx clock as the phy clock rate.

Reset sync link in case of bubble recovery.
When dual link is enabled, it is not required to re-apply the sync link
request in bubble recovery as the sync link request is already applied and
by the time reapply comes request would not be in pending list.
Therefore set the sync mode to zero for that index, so that
there would not be any dependency on the sync link.

While passing ab and ib value to interconnect
for conversion from BPS to ICC units wrong kernel macro is used.
Therefore use correct macro to get the proper ICC units.
In the same way, update the correct flash on active time (use div_u64
instead of do_div).

During the common control register programming across csiphy hws,
there can be chance that number of CSIPHY hw supported is differnt
than max csiphy hw supported among various targets. This change
make sure to continue to next available hardware index in case of
unavailibility of csiphy hw soc index.

SHDR usecase doesn't report bubble to CRM, but we still
need to know whether it is processing bubble during
applying request, since we may haven't received the
reg update of the previous applied request, then
we have a chance to apply a new req to HW, this may
result in overflow issue. This change masks the
process_bubble for SHDR case during epoch in applied
sub state.
