Optimise for boot up time since it will use special node and dt
property before unflat and put those in the beginning of the
device tree can make it search fast.
Also, bootloader need to update property in firmware, so move
firmware node ahead can improve the bootloader search dt and
update property time.

Open loop CPR (core power reduction) is a power save feature that
configs certain voltage for WLAN power rails at runtime. Firmware
will read fuse and calculate the proper voltage and then send it to
ICNSS driver. ICNSS driver then configs the voltage to WLAN PDC using
TCS command through RPMh. This is to make sure the proper voltage
can be updated during runtime instead just hardcode and vote fixed
value for WLAN power rails.

The sdxlemur NTN3 board contains the same PMICs as the sdxlemur MBB
board, so include that file directly to make use of all its configured
nodes.

Add a device-tree property which enables NCP symmetry. This
configuration in HW enables the NCP voltage to follow LDO.

GPIO81 receives CC_OUT signal from PMIC for type-c port orientation,
keep it as bias-pull-up would cause the type-c analog audio adapter
plug out event can't be detected because audio codec uses the same
signal to detect type-c connection and orientation.
Fix it by setting GPIO81 as bias-disabled.

PON_PBS peripheral on PMK8350 is needed on HLOS for only
v1 of the PMIC. Disable it for yupik as it is not needed.
