Getting fsm state needs a dme command.
It'd lead to a deadlock if timeout of dme command
leads to dumping of fsm state which would again try to acquire
the uic_cmd_mutex.

When bkops is enabled, the UFS device may do bkops during suspend.
With bkops enabled during suspend, configure the UFS's vccq power
in active operation configuration, allowing the device to draw
high power to support bkops and avoid over current event.

Error prints for commands that are broadcasted may spam the kernel logs
if a client is misbehaving and stops reading from it's socket.
Change these prints to ratelimited in order to prevent performance
issues when a client socket is full.

With USB QDSS software path disable case, usb_qdss_close() API tries to
dequeue all queued USB requests which may have been already moved to
cancelled list and unlikely available as those may have been already
given back from end xfer command. There are more than 200 USB request
and quick enable/disable of USB QDSS software path results into error
message flooding serial console possibly causign watchdog timeout.
Hence rate limit error message with ep_dequeue() API.

This patch allow the Qcom cmd-db driver to be loaded as a
permanent module. It can be loaded as a module, but can't
be unloaded. That should be OK because few core Qcom drivers,
mainly RPMH, which depend on cmd-db are configured as
permanent modules as well.
This version is only for android11-5.4. For android-mainline
and android12-5.4, the fix will come from upstream.

In commit ad0f75e5f57c ("cgroup: fix cgroup_sk_alloc() for
sk_clone_lock()") the struct sock_cgroup_data fields are changed a bit,
in a way that keeps the same size and functionality, it just packs
another bit into the structure.
Because this does not really change the abi, tell the genksyms detector
that nothing has changed so that the ABI checker is happy.

The driver currently sets up the DMA streaming mask to
64 bits, which helps with being able to map memory above 32 bits
with the DMA APIs. However, when allocating coherent memory,
the DMA framework will allocate memory, and ensure that the memory
is within the device's coherent memory limitations, not the streaming
limitations. Since the coherent DMA mask is not set up for the device,
it is left at its default value--32 bits--so any allocations that have
an address above 32 bits will be deemed as not suitable to satisfy the
allocation.
There is no limitation for coherent memory access for the SCM device,
so align it to the 64 bit streaming DMA mask.

The logic to walk through the memory blocks in the movable
zone is not correct. When memory at either extreme of the movable
zone is offlined, the start of the movable zone is adjusted such that
it no longer accounts for the block that was offlined--if the block
is at the beginning of the movable zone--or the span of the movable
zone is adjusted such that it no longer covers the block that was
offlined--if the block is at the end of the movable zone. Similarly,
when the entire zone is offlined, the zone's start pfn and span are
set to 0. So, when looking for a block to online, we end up ignoring
some of the blocks at the extremes of the movable zone, or the entire
zone.
Thus, walk through all of the present memory blocks in the system when
deciding to online a block.
