QDSS over USB functionality needs USB QDSS function driver and USB BAM
driver. Hence enable those drivers on Lahaina.

enables the support of all BAMs in the system which provide DMA
functionality to various peripherals.

In the GKI configuration, the arm-smmu-mod module will already
be present as a GKI module (i.e. the module will be generated from
the GKI ARM SMMU source). As such, there is no way to distinguish
between Qualcomm's ARM SMMU module, and the GKI ARM SMMU module,
since they have the same name. Thus, rename Qualcomm's ARM SMMU
module to distinguish between the two.

Some implementation's of the 'cat' command pass the
absolute position of the file-offset. In the current
implementation of 'regmap_data_read_file' this leads
to dumping all the registers from offset 0.
Avoid this by quitting the read loop if the file-offset
requested is lower than actual read-offset.

Use the dev_iommu_fwspec_get() accessor, instead of directly
accessing the device structure for the IOMMU fwspec, as well
as remove an unnecessary forward declaration.

When the ARM SMMU module is unloaded, the exit routine does not
fully clean-up after the initialization routine, as it leaves
the TBU driver registered. Thus, unregister the TBU driver
when unloading the SMMU module.

The remove() callback for the ARM SMMU driver should ensure
the SMMU devices that are being registered are no longer
visible to the IOMMU framework, so remove the devices
by invoking iommu_device_unregister().

ipa_disable_apps_wan_cons_deaggr() has different declarations when
CONFIG_IPA or CONFIG_IPA3 are not set. Thus fix the declaration to
align with CONFIG_IPA or CONFIG_IPA3 enabled one.

The context bank 0 offset and size of each context bank register space
was hardcoded. The context bank 0 offset changed in A660. We now compute
these values from GPU_GFX_SMMU_IDR1 register instead of using hardcoded
values.

Currently all global buffers are mapped when pagetables are created which
means that all global buffers need to be in place before the default
pagetable is created otherwise they will not be available in that context.
Add a new MMU function to map each global buffer. If the default pagetable
has been created then the new buffer can be mapped immediately, otherwise
all the buffers on the list will be mapped when the pagetable finally comes
along. Per-process pagetables will map everything from the list at create
time as they do now.
As a caveat this function only applies to the default pagetable. We will
not go back and retroactively map buffers into existing per-process
pagetables. Previously if somebody mapped a global buffer late it
wouldn't be available in the default pagetable either so it was easier to
debug. Now that this function will always successfully map buffers in the
default pagetable "late" buffers that got missed in a per-process table
will be harder to debug. In recognition of this the new map function will
trigger a warning if a buffer is mapped after the first per-process
pagetable is created. It won't stop breakage from happening but at least
it will be more easily debuggable.
