Updates SMMU context bank size for IFE, JPEG and FD in Kona to 4GB
minus a 1MB pad for start and another 1 MB pad for end.
Lahaina has the same change except for FD context bank which is
deprecated.

The non-POR sensors require support for enabling DB03 which
requires VIO PM8008_L3J to be on. Add support for enabling
external regulator in other sensors and respective eeprom.

For kernel init to recognize child nodes of camera smmu and cci
nodes as platform devices, the parent needs to have "simple-bus"
compatibility string. Add required string so that component
master framework is able to match device with driver for Kona,
Lahaina, Lito and Bengal.

Add device tree nodes for various camera modules with memory,
clock, interrupt, pinctrl, power and version information.
Add interconnect bus IDs and separate ahb static bw vote config
from bus vectors. Change minsvs vdd corner to be mapped to lowsvs
level. Also, add DT nodes for sensors and its accompanying hw
for Lahaina platform.
