Correct #address-cells property for SPMI SID 1 of PM6125
to ensure module addresses under it can be read correctly.

Some platforms do not support L1 in HS mode and therefore need
to disable this feature through dt.

The EUD driver defaults to using INT1 for its interrupt mask.
However, on sdxlemur, this interrupt does not serve the apps
processor, so add the offset of the interrupt mask to the
device tree entry for EUD on sdxlemur.

for the apps processor. However, on modem, this interrupt
does not serve the apps processor, so add a new optional
device tree binding which can specify the offset of the
interrupt mask used for the apps processor and override the
default.

Add support for mpm interrupts on blair. These interrupts are
mapped to corresponding mpm pins and are needed for wakeup
events in case of xo shutdown.

Modify interrupt numbers for hs phy irq as per ipcat.
Modify override sequence of hsphy as per hpg. Add
interconnect data for the USB DT node and bus votes for
NOM and SVS. Add pm-qos-latency node as well.

Add clkreq gpio info to pass to pcie driver to enable/disable
its wakeup capability. This is neeeded to wakeup ADSP from L1SS,
when PCIe endpoint asserts clkreq gpio from high to low as part
of DRV functionality for yupik.
