Add rpmh-regulator device bindings for PMIC regulator management
via the RPMh hardware block on Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. SoCs.

Some Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. SoCs such as SDM845 utilize
reference bias generators for various internal PHY blocks.
These are called REFGENs. Add binding documentation for
REFGEN devices.

The bootloaders are bypassing the SMMU for UFS already, and doing
the same from the kernel would be redundant. Hence, remove the
properties to bypass SMMU.

As micbias is a supply widget instead of micbias widget and there is
no source to supply widget, change audio routing sequence to use
supply widget as the source widget.

Remove UFS PHY reset control support, because performing soft reset
to UFS PHY from UFS controller side is redundant as UFS PHY driver
will perform soft reset in its PHY calibration sequence.

USB cable detection is performed with PMIC firmware with UCSI stack
running on HLOS. This task has many dependencies which can take more
time to bring up. Hence to allow USB to enumerate without any command
from user, set USB mode as peripheral only which also marks USB cable
is present as always.
