Add OEM glink notification for qti glink charger and
add qti charger notifier call chain to extend the qti
glink charger to be as communication proxy between AP
and ADSP battery manager.

Kernel should not allow two drivers to assign same irq resource,
or else it will cause unknown irq storm issue.
For goodix touch driver, the i2c device driver will always match
device tree node and request irq resource even goodix touch doesn't
exist at all. When the kernel always loads another touch driver,
such as stmicro fts driver, they will compete the irq responsing and
cause lots of cpu hang issue.
Dynamically check the goodix sensor device status according dts config
to avoid the uncessary register driver.

Ugprade products which kernel is 5.4, can use the BIO to replaced
kernel_read/kernel_write block device interface with kernel config

The REGN wake-up time is 500ms, and REGN will provide power for
CBL_PWR_N, so press PWR key will make system reboot all the time.
This walkaround is add 500ms at the end of rt9467 shutdown function
to create a release window for I2C of rt9467.

When I2C bus is unavailable, waiting for ready state will fail due to
I2C error and not just time out. In that case probe shall fail
gracefully and exit immediately.

batt_psy needs to get mmi_battery, rather than 'battery'. This fails
probe due to unfound batt_psy_check, and therefore no mmi_battery/
device nodes are created.
