- Add base address of RPMH_PDC_WLAN_RF_TCSn_CMDn_DATA
register and assign reg-name in order to access them
in BT power driver.

offset from base address.

TLMM pin 81 is used to indicate to the USB3/DP Combo PHY the
orientation that which the PMIC detected a USB-C connection.
Select this pinctrl from the usb_qmp_dp_phy device and ensure
it is selecting the "usb_phy" pin function.
