Hardware randomly unstable will trigger "dm-verity device corrupted"
and reboot the phone. Then it will not stamp the vbmeta partition with
the "AVE0" flag, which is persistent. Then it will boot up failed at
the next boot with AVB header check failed.
Moto has own Google verified boot process with the RED alert logo.
so we ignore this.

Change the default output voltage through I2C bus at XBL. And store the default
value to EEPROM. So we can nod make I2C operation at kernel.

For the market device is sm4350 pro, we disable HID deature on
cypfg device.
However, this is a bug, For Micron MT064GASA02U21(4+64) is not support HID, if enable HID
fearture on Micron device, will casue panic.
we wil fixed it on cypfq.

For cypfq:

Salcom qc3+ charge adapter have a issue:connect salcom to
phone,while phone tirgger 16 Dp/Dm pluse then remove usb
cable, salcom charge adaper side will not reset Dp/Dm
counter. So then connect salcom charge adapter to
phone again. salcom will become qc3.0 mode.
So need SW workaround salcom charge adapter issue:if phone
side detect qc30 will run APSD.

Since qcom baseline upgrade import the change which will
return -EACCESS when system in suspend to transfer spi message,
and this will conflict with single tap feature. For keep performance
and logic consistent with before, remove the new logic introduced
by Qcom after discussion with Qcom(SR: 05267011)
