In order to access NTN3 switch registers add i2c client properties.
By accessing these registers, root complex driver can toggle NTN3
GPIOs tied to downstream endpoint reset. i2c interface is also
used to dump NTN3 registers for debugging PCIe link related issues.

Switch downstream BDF 0x208 is not used for enumeration. This
causes downstream bus number assignments to get changed. Hence
update BDF to SID table to reflect the same. Also update CPE SIDs
to lower case from upper case.

When connecting a NTN3 switch to sdxlemur, host needs to control
the power to the switch as well as to the ETHs downstream. Add DT
entry in PCIe root complex node to toggle the regulators that
controls power to NTN3 and its ETHs on sdxlemur.

for PCIe NTN3 switch unable to respond to configuration access
request to certain supported BDF. Without filtering, such BDF
is causing system bus hang.

Add DT entry to filter out list of BDFs for enumeration. This
list is required for PCIe switches unable to respond to
configuration access request to certain supported BDFs.
Without filtering, such BDFs are causing system bus hang or
enumeration failure of downstream ports of switch.

Add fixed regulators that are used in the sdxlemur NTN3 and CPE boards.
Multiple regulator enables are tied to the same GPIO as follows:
- GPIO 105 connects to both 0.7V and 1V regulator enable (AQR)
- GPIO 106 connects to both 1.05V and 1.8V regulator enable (QCA Napa)
- GPIO 107 connects to both 0.9 and 1V regulator enable (NTN3)
For each of the regulators, the higher voltage has been selected for
advertising to consumers.
