Add kernel message when glink irq wakes up system from
suspend, so that it is easy to identify wakeup source.

Update gic_show_resume_irq() to ignore printing irq
details if irq is less than 32. Also update to print
irqchip name if the irq name is not available.

syscore ops prints wake irq during "deep" suspend exit however
syscore ops do not execute for "s2idle" suspend.
Add changes to print wakeup irq during "s2idle" mode exit.
The change prints wakeup irq from the first cpu waking up from s2idle
during which local irqs on the cpu is disabled.

Currently interrupts are not being disabled locally
when an event callback is being used.
This can lead to a scenario where we try to acquire
the same lock as part of global irq handler when
a client callback was in progress.
Fix this by disabling the interruts locally by using
a irqsave version of spinlock when an event callback
is being used.

There are few pmics those support ibat continuous current monitoring
(CCM) comparator hardware for bcl ibat level 1 monitor. It uses
only selected set of thresholds for level 1 ibat threshold. Add
support to set threshold for CCM comparator hardware for bcl driver.
