This change replaces previous value of regulator of vdd-pdphy-supply node
with corrrect value of regulator for blair and holi-pm6125 according to
the powergrid.

Modify interrupt numbers for hs phy irq as per ipcat.
Modify override sequence of hsphy as per hpg. Add
interconnect data for the USB DT node and bus votes for
NOM and SVS. Add pm-qos-latency node as well.

Add clkreq gpio info to pass to pcie driver to enable/disable
its wakeup capability. This is neeeded to wakeup ADSP from L1SS,
when PCIe endpoint asserts clkreq gpio from high to low as part
of DRV functionality for yupik.

Delete PMR735A and PMR735B ADC channels from PMK8350's list
of ADC channels, and xo_therm on PM6125 VADC, as they are not
used for holi-pm6125.

Update the QG cutoff and empty values to align with the system design.
Primarily change vbat-cutoff to 3.4V as these platforms do not support
BoB.

Currently both Blair and Holi use the same MPM pins mapping
configuration as they use the same compatible string. USB PHY
has a different GIC IRQ on Blair, so different MPM configuration
is required.
