On some platform USB super speed phy needs to reset link training to
improve interoperability with different super speed capabale host as
workaround. Remove this workaround as it is no longer required for
newer HW.

This change adds USB GSI function driver which provides USB RMNET/RNDIS/
ECM/MBIM/DPL related functionalities with GSI hardware accelerated path.
This snapshot is taken as of msm-4.19 commit 104eef6e1fe8 ("platform:
msm: Remove unused local count variable").
This change also includes some fixups to match the modified API in
dwc3-msm.h.

Regmap debugfs write could be risky when accessing some essential
hardwares. Make REGMAP_ALLOW_WRITE_DEBUGFS configurable so that debugfs
write could be disabled if it's not desired.

The current method of cat-ing register file dumps the entire
address space. One can use dd command to dump a subrange within
the address space. However one needs to know the string length
of each line which is derived from max address, the character
length of each register entry and the format.
Provide simple means to dump a range by allowing user to specify
the start address and the count of registers. When the data is read
convert the dump address to a starting position in the file. Similarly
if the file offset goes beyond the dump range return 0 to indicate
that the data is already dumped.
Also provide a means to write to a register address. Use
CONFIG_REGMAP_QTI_DEBUG to enable this new fine-grained
register read/write interface.

This change fixes compilation errors as below:
a. start using dwc3-msm.h which is having required data structure
and function declaration to communicate with USB controller driver
APIs (i.e. start using GKI related changes)
b. remove usage of endless flag as it is not available
c. pass BAM peripheral related configuration parameters using
msm_ep_config() API instead of passing through udc_priv variable
