LPM driver is concerned with the boolean result of the PSCI call. The
PSCI error value is not of consequence for further activity. However, it
might be helpful to know what the PSCI driver. So, let's log the return
value but use the boolean result elsewhere.

Requests sent to RPMH can be sent as fire-n-forget or response required,
with the latter ensuring the command has been completed by the hardware
accelerator. Commands in a request with tcs_cmd::wait set, would ensure
that those select commands are sent as response required, even though
the actual TCS request may be fire-n-forget.
Also, commands with .wait flag were also guaranteed to be complete
before the following command in the TCS is sent. This means that the
next command of the same request blocked until the current request is
completed. This could mean waiting for a voltage to settle or series of
NOCs be configured before the next command is sent. But drivers using
this feature have never cared about the serialization aspect. By not
enforcing the serialization we can allow the hardware to run in parallel
improving the performance.
Let's clarify the usage of this member in the tcs_cmd structure to mean
only completion and not serialization. This should also improve the
performance of bus requests where changes could happen in parallel.
Also, CPU resume from deep idle may see benefits from certain wake
requests.

qti_flash_led_prepare() API is used by flash clients (E.g. Camera) to
query maximum current available for flash. Add support for this API
which initially returns maximum current that is supported for flash
LED module (2000 mA). Also, add a sysfs parameter under switch devices
to show max available flash current.

This reverts commit fe2731211e.
By default the commit muxes the pin to a GPIO upon a request_irq()
call from the client driver. This is incorrect as the client driver
could have muxed the pin already for a different purpose. Hence,
revert this default behavior to not enforce this on the clients.

Add the initial support required to share memory buffers
between VMs. This driver exposes an interface to userspace
clients to request memory to be allocated from another VM,
and added to the current VM. The VMs communicate with each
other via the use of the hypervisor message queues, as well
as utilize various facilities offered by the Haven resource
manager to manage memory that is transferred from one VM
to another.

When set_rate is called on unprepared clocks new vdd_level
requirement is not cached, which leads to incorrect votes
when later clk_prepare is called. Clocks may not be prepared
when clk pre change rate is called for set_rate change request,
thus cache vdd level and only apply vote during clk prepare.
