When using the %*pbl printk format a special macro is needed to decode
the cpu mask and format it correctly.

There is access to platform descriptor clks init.name without
checking, whether clks is present or not. This is leading to
kernel crash during the device bootup. Move the init.name
access after checking whether clks is valid or not.

usb_ep_enable() API performs start xfer command in addition to setting
endpoint configuration. USB BAM endpoint is reconfigured with endless
data transfer with msm_ep_queue() API which performs USB start xfer
command. This command fails as already start xfer command is invoked
previously. With this USB BAM related endpoint won't be configured as
endless. Fix this issue by adding endless flag with USB BAM endpoint.

Right now, when WALT is enabled, we always end up using utilization
from WALT which is broken as we need to consider uclamp as well.
Fix the issue by taking uclamp into account.

Add debug file system node to configure the thermal zone parameters
dynamically. This node will use the same format that is used to print
the configuration of the thermal zone.

When the TBU devices unbind from the TBU driver, all of the
resources acquired through the devm_* functions are released.
However, the interconnect resources are not acquired through the
devm_* APIs.
Since the TBU driver does not have a remove() call to release the
interconnect resources, this results in a memory leak. Fix this by
adding a remove() call to release the interconnect resources on
device and driver unbind.
