Unprotected floating point operation in kernel might corrupt
NEON register and cause many random native crashes.
Add kernel_neon_begin and kenrel_neon_end to protect floating
point operation in wt6670f module.

In order to improve the accuracy of load switch controlling policy
use battery OCV instead of vbat to calculate the delta battery voltage
based on vbat, current and ESR.
Add panic debounce when decide to turn off load switch for high
battery voltage diff between flip and main battery.

Support init bm ulog to print the bm ulog at init

CPS4019 is just powered by AC/VOUT. So if VBUS is low,
CPS4019 do not have power source. We have to use OTG
bootst from charger IC to get the power. So we should add
power boost trigger operation before FW checking logic.

For our designation, cps4019's bootloader FW is a raw data
in head file(https://gerrit.mot.com/#/c/2239690/). So we use
a dts configuration(use_bl_in_h) to distinguish the original
method(using FW file) and ours. If this dts property is defined,
we will use tha raw data in header file.

For WLS gpio control, if GPIO is requested failed. We should block
the driver. Or if the driver use the gpio that is requested failed, there

So we use gpio to control WLS through mux. When VBUS boost starts, disabling
WLS VOUT. And resuming it after VBUS boost stops.

pattern based on power supply status.
By default:
Device on or fully charged | LED is solid on
Device is charging | LED blinks 700ms on/700ms off
