PCIe root complex driver may need access to MHI registers for
certain use case. Therefore, add an optional entry in the list of
PCIe resources to provide access to MHI register space.

PCIe root complex driver does not support io and bar entries
as part of the resources which it will remap and access. These
two resources are mapped and accessed directly by the device host
driver.
Also remove optional entries tcsr and rumi in the example code.

CX and GX frequency changes to RDPM hardware.
RDPM stands for Rail Digital Power Meter available
for CX and MX to assist shared rails limits management

The VDD_CX_LEVEL_AO regulator node currently propagates its vote to
VDD_MxA during Linux suspend. Correct this to make the node propagate it
to VDD_MXA_LEVEL_AO so that APPS can vote for "OFF" in the absence of
any other consumers.

Add device nodes for secure buffer and scm for SM6150 SoC.
This is needed to secure memory buffers, and protect them
against unauthorized access.
