When system is freezed or has no response, DFers often reset the phone
by long-press power btn. So there is no useful log for developpers and
the issue becomes very hard to analysis.
This hw_warmreset feature will trigger a warmreset reboot, so that next
cycle system can save the lastkmsg and re-trigger a clean hardware
cold reboot.
Only when the command line is configured with "hw_warmreset_enable=1",
the feature will take effect.

For touchscreen class sys entries which support read and write.
Those entry value is set by user space and will be read by user space.
When IC is not active, read and write to touch IC may fail (power off or
interrupt closed). So, when write to those entries, just save value to
cache and restore when IC resume. Read those entries just return cached
value.

After enabling CONFIG_INIT_STACK_ALL, which make reading cmd
from fifo is 0xAAAAAA00, instead of 0x00. This makes
command mismatch and touch is not resuming once goes to suspend.

In R, Only a few limite environment variables are passed
to ninjia, others will be cleared.
So, pass this "TOP" specically to kernel modules build.
And have to be absolute path.
Otherwise, the header can't be located.

This is Awinic official release, the key change is i2c_read function,
use i2c_transfer to replace the old one, add thread_lock to protect
i2c operation safety, in order to resolve a potential no sound risk
after supporting different audio scenarios feature.

Update charger driver to also delay heartbeat caused by
psy notifier call. Since this is the only other place
that heartbeat can first be called from. We only want to
apply this delay to the first time so we use a static
variable flag. Also add some extra debug just encase.

Try to delay first heartbeat 10 second to account for factory transient
voltages. If there is a reverse boost that the heartbeat catches it will
suspend the usb which can triger the factory kill if the vbus voltage goes
below 2V. If the voltage then comes back and doesn't decay while shutting down
it will get stuck during shutdown.
