Send charge rate uevent if power supply changes in case the
charge rate change uevent is missing by BatteryServices before
it starts up.

When using drm panel notifications, there is a problem with
the display and touch loading sequence, which may cause TP to fail to
find the active panel and thus fail to receive the display notification
So use panel notificaitons to avoid the issue.

Haptics waveform has shape up and shape down settings that were not
availbale through sysfs set_waveform interface. This change adds an
extra parameter allowing for waveform shape to be specified.
Includes some code cleanup as well

1. When the panel enters the active state, the gesture_enable should be set to 0.
2. When resume, the charger mode is already set, so not to wirte.
3. When the CONTROLLER_READY event is not polled, perform a system reset.

The value of u16_chip0Id is read from firmware, if the firmware is
lost, this value is fts0000, and the init.mmi.touch.sh service cannot
find the matching firmware to upgrade. So the productinfo should use
the value read from hardware.
