To build an EP driver which is based on PCIe designware as module, we
need to get some symbols from pcie-designware_ep.c. To select the
source from GKI kernel, we should enable PCIE_DW_PLAT_EP driver as
prebuilt.

Instead of checking PCIe S/W link state, check if the link is on
is on or off to determine whether PCIe resume should be allowed
or not. PCIe S/W link state is not enough to determine since
MSM_PCIE_LINK_DOWN state can be set for link on or off.

(4 * lvl1). No change for lvl2 pagetable. Then the iova bits can reach

Move adreno_clear_pending_transactions to the target specific code.
Besides getting rid of some ADRENO_REG ambiguity and the need for
target specific masks in the gpudev this also provides some clarity
for a6xx since none of the GMU or RGMU targets end up using this
function in the first place so we can not worry about those and
focus on the a5xx/a6xx targets that do need it.

During audio subsystem restart, the audio driver will unregister
its notifier on shutdown and re-register when subsystem is up again.
If a regular USB device, and not a Type-C analog audio device, is
currently connected, we should not re-write the register settings
over I2C to the FSA4480 IC as that will make the D+/D- pins to
be momentarily switched off an on, which causes the USB controller
to detect a momentary disconnect and re-connect of the attached
peripheral.
Fix this by first reading the switch control and enable registers,
and if being updated with the same values, don't re-write them to
avoid unnecessarily resetting D+/D- or SBU1/2.
