ARM: dts: msm: add proxy consumers for L2B and L1C regulators on Lahaina
...
Add proxy consumer configurations for PM8350 LDO 2 and PM8350C LDO 1
which ensure that these regulators are kept enabled in high power
mode until all consumers have a chance to make their own requests.
This is needed to ensure that EUD remains operational until USB
software receives notification from ADSP charger firmware that a
USB cable is connected or not.

ARM: dts: msm: Set no-status-check-on-disable for Lahaina PCIe GDSCs
...
The Lahaina PCIe GDSCs are votable between HLOS and ADSP, so the GDSC
may not turn off when HLOS removes its vote since ADSP may be voting as
well. Thus, don't poll for the GDSC to turn off. Otherwise,
gdsc_disable() will return an error when ADSP is voting them on.

The haptics module inside PM8350B has a soundware slave which
connects to the audio subsystem. It can receive PCM data from
the audio subsystem and use it to play a vibration. Add a binding
document for it.
