Add "qcom,protection-domain" to PMIC Glink device so that it can
handle protection domain restart (PDR) notifications and pass the
state transitions to its clients on Lahaina platforms.

Add "qcom,protection-domain" for PMIC Glink device so that it can
register for PDR notifications from a service available under the
specified path in a remote subsystem. Upon a state transition, it
can be delivered to its clients if they've registered for it.

Do not compile platform specific DT files if the VM configs are defined.
Compiling platform specific DT files for VMs which are required lead to

Pop mem rule right now mitigates gold and gold+ CPUs separately based on
frequency. Use the voltage mitigation device instead to bring the APC1
voltage for lahaina.

Enable CPU voltage cooling device for APC1 cluster including cpu 4 and 7
for lahaina. This will enable thermal framework to achieve voltage
reduction in APC1 rail by bringing down both gold and gold+ frequency
based on voltage.

Reduce the minimum allowed voltage for PM8008J LDO 3, 4, and 7 so
that the new minimum voltage + the dropout voltage is less than
or equal do the minimum allowed voltage of each LDO's supply
regulator. This ensures that the supply regulators can be scaled
down to their own minimum voltage when the PM8008J LDOs are not
in use.

GDSCs are votable between multiple master like APCS, LPASS.
Add support to vote APCS GDSCs resources. Masters’ vote will be
aggregate SW_COLLAPSE vote of the corresponding GDSCR.
Add gdsc apcs enable vote for pcie gdsc collapse.

Remove the epss_l3_shared node, since the qcom,lahaina-epss-l3-shared
driver was removed. The epss_l3_cpu node should be used instead.
