d-cache-size/i-cache-size/cache-size properties
of caches are not required for any functionality,
so remove these redundant entries from device tree.

By default, the size of the dmesg buffer is 128K. Due to additional
logging from drivers, the buffer overflows and the initial
set of logs are lost. Since these logs are critical for performance
measurements, increase the buffer size to 256K to preserve the logs.

Add an SPMI controller device so that SPMI addresses for PMIC

Add support for CDSP DCVS and CDSP hardware cooling devices to QMI
cooling device driver. These cooling devices can be used to mitigate
