Use separate thermal zone node names for same modem pa sensors with

Add rpmh-regulator device nodes for the PMIC PM7325, PM8350C,
and PMR735A regulators. This ensures that consumers are able to

Disabling VBUS_DET causes adb enumeration to fail as usb extcon node
need to be assigned an alternate device, such as pm7250b_pdphy. However,
to get this properly working, we need PMIC HW initialization to be done
in the bootloader stage. Hence reverting this until that is ready.

Add bcm voter devices that live under RSC devices
to allow interconnect providers to target their
votes for meeting bandwidth constraints. Also update
the interconnect nodes so that real provider drivers
get probed.
